S/2010/0182/ADV          The Co-operative Food, 92 Richmond Road, Towcester

                                        One freestanding non-illuminated sign.

The committee discussed the application at length. 

Proposal

Cllr Wardle proposed that the application be objected on the grounds that the sign is too large in its intended location; seconded by Cllr Lofts;

4 votes in favour, 4 votes against; Cllr Hart, as Chair, used her casting vote to support the proposal.

5.           Midsummer Music

              Insurance for the event

The Clerk confirmed that the TC will cover the annual Midsummer Music event under its public liability insurance.  Each venue has its own insurance; the TC will cover performances on the Market Square.  Noted.
