Correspondence
from SNC confirms the issue of a Breach of Condition Notice to Tesco
Stores Ltd, The breach of condition was detailed, as follows:-
‘Before
the premises hereby permitted are first occupied the areas for parking,
turning, loading and unloading, together with arrangements for traffic
circulation within the site, shall be laid out, drained and surfaced
in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved by the
local planning authority and the land involved shall not thereafter
by used for any purpose other than the approved purpose'
