West Northamptonshire Emergent Joint Core Strategy
Consultation
Cllr
Hart confirmed the West Northamptonshire Emergent Joint Core Strategy
had been out for consultation since July. Committee members had
previously been forwarded details of how to access the document
online. The end date for the consultation period has been extended
to 30th September and involves the completion of a Questionnaire
comprising 50 questions, mostly relating to Daventry and Northampton
. It was suggested that Cllr Hart and the Clerk complete the consultation
response by bringing together the TC views from previous meetings.
Cllr Lofts attended the public consultation held at the Town Hall
and raised concerns that the proposals did not tie-in with the Masterplan
for Towcester and did not emphasis the importance of the by-pass.
Cllr Hart noted these comments for inclusion in the TC response.
Proposal
Cllr
Linney proposed that Cllr Hart and the Clerk complete the response
to the West Northamptonshire Emergent Core Strategy on behalf of
the Town Council;
Seconded
by Cllr Allen. All in favour.

undertaken in Hackney to coincide with the 2012 Olympic Games. The
merger of information has produced an educational 90 minute interactive
AV for schools detailing the area from the dawn of man to 2012.
