The Clerk referred to correspondence from B.D.O. which confirms the TC accounts must be completed by 30th June and submitted to the auditor no later than 2nd July.  The notice of appointment of date must be displayed from 17th to 30th May and the records must be made available to the electorate from 1st to 28th June.  Noted.
