Disabled Access to the Main Hall is via the side gate; if you require this facility for your hire of the Hall, please state on the booking form.
Notes:

Minimum Booking Period is 1 hour. |
| 2) |
After 10.00 pm, Public Hall bookings attract an additional
charge of £8.70 in respect of Town Hall Caretaker's Duties.

Charges include light and heating. Broken or damaged kitchen equipment will be charged for at cost. |
| 4) |
Check when booking what services you are paying for so as to avoid doubt on the night. |
| 5) |
The council does not hold a Justice's Licence for the Sale of Intoxicants on the Premises; hirers and their caterers must ensure that they obtain an Occasional Licence well in advance of the date of the function where a bar is required. |
