Outline Permission for Development granted in respect of:-

                           Demolition of existing warehouse and construction of new retail

                           showroom, offices and warehouse including car parking and

                           delivery bay (outline).

 

Permission for Development granted in respect of:-

 

S/2007/1413/P   5 Wood Burcote, Towcester

                        Two storey rear extension, detached garage with office over.

 

Permission for Development and Listed Building Consent granted in respect of:-

 

S/2007/1373/P     Yewtree Farm, Caldecote

S/2007/1372/LB    Conversion, renovation and extension of existing curtilage listed       

                           barns to form a single dwelling. Works involve the creation of new

                           openings including the insertion of 2 roof lights the modification

                           of existing openings the installation of a first floor mezzanine and

                           the removal of both internal and external walls. Conversion of

                           adjacent curtilage listed barn to form garaging and workshop.

                         Conversion of garage into habitable room.

                         The committee proposed that the application be objected on

                         the grounds of loss of parking.

 

S/2007/1607/P   Land adjacent 14 Pomfret Road, Towcester

                         Residential development to provide four single bedroom flats.

                         The committee proposed that the application be objected on

                         the following grounds:-

                         i.   Over intensification of the sight.

                         ii.   The proposals are out of keeping with the street scene.

                         Cllr Allen asked the Clerk to request further information on

                         the proposed signs.

Correspondence from ASHTAV confirms that its first Regional Meeting of 2008 will take place at 2.00 pm on Saturday 26th January at Henry Doubleday Hall, Ryton-on-Dunsmore. Anyone who would like to attend was asked to notify the Clerk.
