Things you need to know...
The main event, the Jubilee Fayre, will take place on Saturday 4th June on Towcester Recreation Ground, off Islington Road (post code NN12 6AU) and will be open to the public from 11am to 5pm.
There is no charge for stallholders, however, we would be grateful for a 10% donation from sales towards the Town Mayor's charities: Cynthia Spencer Hospice, Towcester Scouts, Guides and other local youth groups.
There will be a road closure order on Islington Road from 9am to 7pm, except for access for stallholders and emergency vehicles.
Set up will be from 9am. All stallholders must be in position by 10:30am and remain in place until at least 5pm. Everyone must be off site by 7pm. There will be toilet facilities nearby available to stallholders only. Public conveniences are available in Waitrose and Sponne Arcade car park.
Stallholders will be permitted to drive onto the Recreation Ground (subject to weather conditions) to unload/load and park vehicles behind their stall for the day, or use nearby car parks. Please drive slowly and be aware of pedestrians. No parking is permitted in Islington Road, or outside the Community Centre or Riverside Centre as this is reserved for food and drink stalls.
Stallholders will be directed onto the Recreation Ground and space allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. All food stalls will be located on or near to the community centres car parks for litter management.
Stallholders must bring all their own equipment, including table, chairs and gazebos. There will be no electrical connections available.
All stallholders and activity organisers are responsible for their own public liability insurance, health & safety compliance and any other relevant safety regulations relating to their trade or activity. Neither Towcester Town Council nor the Jubilee Fayre Organisers take any responsibility for incidents directly related to your stall, activity or products.
