Support for South Northamptonshire businesses

An online system through which businesses can apply for grants during the Coronavirus emergency, has been launched by South Northamptonshire Council (SNC).

The grant support scheme is aimed mainly at supporting small businesses which were forced to close by the UK Government.

Cancelled Events and Hall Closures

Towcester Town Council has now formally closed all its venues to hirers until further notice.

The Town Mayor's end of year event, "My Big Fat Greek Party" which was due to be held on 25th April has been cancelled.

The Midsummer Music Festival has also been cancelled.

We were forced to take this step because of continuing uncertainty regarding restrictions surrounding the Coronavirus.
