Gas Main Works at Vernon Road / Marlow Road

Update from Highways England:

"In my last update of 9th November 2018 I included information about the gas main laying works in Vernon Road by Cadent.

I have now been asked by Northamptonshire Highways to update that information.

The temporary four way traffic signals at the staggered junction of Vernon Road / Burcote Road / Marlow Road and Willis Way will be in operation until this weekend.

Update from Highways England:

"Good afternoon

I have to advise you that the wet weather yesterday and today has prevented us from laying asphalt, HFS and road markings to Phases 2b (part) and 2c as programmed.

This work will now be carried out between Thursday 18th October and Saturday 20th October 2018 and preparations made for the road to be re-opened by 7am Sunday morning.
