We have a small team of staff that work together to deliver the range of services we provide. They can be contacted through our office in the Town Hall, by phone or email.

Town Clerk
The Town Clerk's role is to ensure that the Town Council operates legally and is in charge of the council's administration including finances and staff.
The Town Clerk ensures that the decisions of the Council are carried out and is responsible for advising the Council to assist the Council in making informed decisions.
The Clerk is independent and serves the Council as a Corporate Body.

Elizabeth Bucklow-Holt
Assistant to the Town Clerk
The Assistant supports the Town Clerk to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the Town Council and also undertakes the role of Communications & Events Officer, including production of the Towcester Town Crier.

Mark Onley
Facilities & Operations Officer
The Facilities and Operations Officer is responsible for ensuring that the Town Council's facilities meet current Health & Safety standards and oversees the ongoing maintenance through regular inspections and risk assessments of the Council's facilities, including all premises, cemetery, churchyard, allotments, public toilets and open spaces.
