West Northants set to welcome the Women’s Rugby World Cup!

With the countdown underway for the Women’s Rugby World Cup England 2025 kicking-off in August, excitement is sweeping across the host nation in anticipation of what will be the biggest and most accessible celebration of women’s rugby ever.

Across six weekends from 22 August to 27 September, fans will have the chance to watch the world’s 16 best teams and the biggest stars of the game compete at eight locations across the length and breadth of the country, culminating in a grand finale at the world’s largest dedicated rugby union venue, Twickenham Stadium, London.

Fans from West Northants and beyond will have a golden opportunity to watch the world’s number one ranked team and hosts, England, in action at Northampton’s Franklin’s Gardens on Saturday 30 August.

More than 400,000 tickets are available for the 10th edition of the pinnacle women’s event with prices ranging from £5 to £95 across the tournament. Over 60 per cent of tickets are under £25 and children’s prices are available for every match, including the knockout phase. Accessible tickets are also available for all matches.
