Towcester Town Council owns, manages and maintains a number of buildings and open areas around the town, including:

- Towcester Town Hall
- The Sawpits Centre
- Towcester Youth & Community Centre (as trustees)
- Brackley Road Cemetery Chapel
- Brackley Road Cemetery Lodge
Open Areas:
- Towcester Recreation Ground
- Saxon Fields (Open space between the Shires housing estate and River Tove, not including the long-stay car park)
- Belle Baulk and Tove Wetlands Pocket Parks
- Nicholas Hawksmoor Pocket Park
- Play areas (except at Towcester Racecourse and Burcote Wood housing estates)
- Several open spaces withing housing estates (see Open Areas Management Plan)
Other assets:
- Brackley Road Cemetery
- Brackley Road Cemetery War Memorial
- Malthouse Court Allotments (leasehold)
- Public Conveniences (within but not including Sponne Arcade Car Park) (leasehold)
The Town Council does not own, but is also responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of Northamptonshire Highways verges (on behalf of West Northamptonshire Council) within the parish boundary (this does not include the A5 or A43 trunk roads which are the responsibility of National Highways) and also the St Lawrence Church closed churchyard and boundary.
