Annual Town Meeting for Electors - 7-9pm Monday 2nd March 2026

Every March, Towcester Town Council hosts an Annual Town Meeting for Electors within the parish of Towcester as a forum for residents to find out about the activities, over the previous twelve months, of the Town Council, the Police, and other valued community groups, and to come together to share ideas and suggestions for helping our expanding market town to thrive.
This year’s Annual Town Meeting will take place 7-9pm on Monday 2nd March 2026 at The Sawpits Centre, Towcester NN12 6EX
The format of the evening will be (*Approximate timings):
- 6:30pm Doors open
- 7:00pm Welcome by the Town Mayor, Cllr Rachel Dando L’Olive
Followed by Town Council and Police reports - 7:15pm* Local community organisation reports
- 7:45pm* Q&A
- 8:00pm* Networking, light refreshments, and completion of feedback questionnaire
- 9:00pm Event ends
Formal presentations will be given in the main hall. The meeting room will have a display about the Town Council and Police services. The self-contained hall will showcase local community organisations.
