Richard Dallyn re-joins Town Council

At its meeting on Monday, 10th November, Towcester Town Council was delighted to welcome back Richard Dallyn as a Town Councillor.
Richard joins Stewart Tolley, who was co-opted in July after the May elections and also serves as a WNC Councillor.
A long-time resident of Towcester, Richard is a former radio presenter and has previously served as a Town Councillor and a SNC Councillor until 2021, when he stepped down to embrace his new role as a grandfather. He also held the position of Town Mayor during the 2020-2021 term, where he put his presenting skills to effective use by hosting the virtual Midsummer Music Festival during the lockdown.
