Your chance to have a say on West Northants Council's budget proposals

A six-week consultation on our budget as launched on Tuesday 23 December, giving you the opportunity to have a say on WNC's proposals for the 2026/27 financial year.

A spokesman said, "This has been our Council’s most difficult budget to date, with our authority facing no choice other than to explore tough options to tackle the significant financial challenges we face.

We are exploring various ways to bridge the £50 funding gap we face while protecting frontline services supporting the most vulnerable people in our communities, including children, adults and those facing homelessness.

Please take the opportunity over the next six weeks to complete our survey and share your views on the proposals we have put forward."
