Towcester Town Council welcomes new Town Mayor, Cllr Clubley

At the Annual Meeting of Towcester Town Council, members voted unanimously to appoint Cllr Maggie Clubley as Town Mayor, and Cllr Stewart Tolley as Deputy Mayor for 2026-27.
Cllr Clubley has chosen to support the parent and teacher associations of Towcester's three primary schools, Friends of Towcester Primary School, Friends of Nichola Hawksmoor School and Friends of Marie Weller Primary School, for her term of office, raising funds to help them provide enrichment and additional resources.
Members, staff and guests bid a fond farewell to outgoing Town Mayor, Rachel Dando L'Olive, who reflected on her year in office. Musical entertainment was provided by her chosen charity, Towcester NMPAT who received a fundraising cheque for £2,358.
